The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day information technology (IT) operations and will assist system administrators with providing end user systems support. The Junior System Administrator will provide assistance and support related to hardware and software, including the revision of existing guidelines.

Responsibilities include:
- Respond to users‘ technological needs and questions
- Assist with new software deployment and upgrades
- Support workstation lifecycle management
- Monitor servers and provide support to minimize downtime
- Provide remote or on-site support and escalate issues to senior administrators or managers as needed
- Remove security threats and malware from company systems, help prevent data corruption

You will take ownership of all BI as well as DWH reports, improving and enhancing them as new features are being developed (internally as well as toolset-wise).
