The primary function of Compliance Manager in SYNOT Games compliance team is to ensure compliance with licence conditions and regulations. The role covers licence applications and regulator feedback thereon, implementation and ongoing compliance to licence obligations, coordinating reporting requirements and handling internal and external queries on the jurisdiction.
As a Compliance Manager, you will have important function of assisting to design, implement and maintain continuous internal compliance policies, procedures, systems, and products.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep up with new regulatory requirements and follow up internally on their implementation
- Manage and lead licensing process
- Manage and lead internal and external audits
- Perform compliance checks on B2C business
- Prepare compliance policies and procedures and ensure that they are up to date; propose and drive changes if necessary
- Communicate and coordinate company lawyers in various countries regarding licencing and compliance matters
- Assistance in the due diligence process / AML process
