SYNOT Games is looking for a skilled individual who is able to interpret and visualize data using Microsft BI tools.

You will take ownership of all BI as well as DWH reports, improving and enhancing them as new features are being developed (internally as well as toolset-wise). You will participate on dataset definitions and preparations with data engineers in order to efficiently use resources. You are excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.

You must be able to effectively communicate in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities
- Build reports using Power BI desktop
- Build paginated reports
- Building Analysis Services reporting models
- Connect to various data sources, importing data or working with Live Data (DirectQuery)
- Responsible for design methodology and project documentation

- Strong experience building intuitive interactive visualizations using PowerBI
- Proficient in making DAX and Power Query M Formula
- Should have complete understanding of different visualization types and their usage
- Understanding of UI/UX design concepts is a plus
- Should be able to manipulate, integrate, analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying, variety of sources
- Full understanding of the processes of data quality, data cleansing, and data transformation

SYNOT Games is looking for a DWH Architect to ensure our data warehouse solutions are built upon solid foundations and perform meeting different stakeholder requirements. The ideal candidate has strong experience with building complex DWH and BI solutions with the ability to comprehend requirements from different departments and perspectives.

You will start by optimizing current data pipelines and improving the performance and reliability of current reporting solutions following by carefully extending the systems to accommodate large datasets up to big data solutions.

You must be able to effectively communicate in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ultimately, you will be a creative and original thinker, guiding our DWH and BI system to provide the best solutions to manage and visualize data.

Core Responsibilities
- Create and maintain data models, database objects, tables, stored procedures, views, triggers, SSIS packages, OLAP cubes
- Serve as lead designer and developer for all ETL activities and BI solutions
- Participate in the development of technical best practices for data movement, data quality, data cleansing and other ETL related activities
- Define metadata governance and best practices to ensure accuracy, validity, reusability and consistency of the data warehouse
- Identify/Detect data discrepancies and data quality issues and provide solutions
- Define solution architectures, design standards, and quality assurance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, create, and deliver solutions according to business requirements
- Partner with DBAs to continually fine tune solutions and put appropriate monitoring in place to ensure quality, reliability and performance of solutions in place
- Design and develop new systems in partnership with software engineers to enable quick and easy consumption of data
